Other Countries : EMS POS INDONESIA (http://ems.posindonesia.co.id)or Registered Mail

Domestic Orders: Please allow up to 2 – 5 working days for shipping depending on the destination cities (Certain distant cities might added more days).

International Orders: Please allow up to 14 working days for shipping to depending on the destination countries (Certain distant countries might added more days)

When placing your order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Saturday (excluding public holiday). Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day. Please allow 1 day after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order before we ship them. We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer.

PLEASE NOTE: We’re unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment.

Packages shipped will include a tracking number proof of delivery, which provides tracking service through the courier website www.jne.co.id.

Prana Bali Art will not be held responsible or extend any further service for any damaged or loss packages during the delivery caused by courier services or insufficient/incorrect address provided by customers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE

Please note that we will not be liable for any customs, taxes or duties incurred for international shipments.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after JNE delivers to the address.

We do not take responsibility if JNE can’t deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your JNE shipping code in the ‘Track Order’ links at the top of the page and call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) to deal with the problem.
